Sue has worked in the mortgage industry for over 36 years. The first four years were with a large independent insurance broker as the Mortgage Manager, handling enquiries from a chain of local estate agents.

She has run her own brokerage for the last 30 years and therefore has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is fully qualified with full FPC, CeMAP, CeLTM and CeRER. In Sue’s very infrequent spare time, Sue enjoys gardening, growing her own vegetables and spending time with her family.

Andy has been with the company since early 2014. Andy has gained experience in the mortgage industry from assisting his mother, Sue Pitt. Passing his exam in Mortgage Advice in August 2023, he now works along side Sue as the newest Mortgage Advisor in the company. Andy is passionate about Formula 1 and cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen.

Lesley Bearman

Lesley has been part of L&P for over 8 years as a Mortgage Administrator. Lesley assists Sue with the mortgage processing and other administrative duties. In her leisure time, Lesley enjoys looking after her grandchildren, likes to find time to read, and is very talented in knitting.
